Xpress Autoprinter offers industry-leading flexibility by providing three print options that include high-quality inkjet for up to 4800 dpi print resolution with the sharpest photo-quality text and graphics, and thermal or thermal re-transfer print technologies for fast and economical media printing that’s both waterproof and indelible. In addition, Microtech’s new Xstreamjet ink jet print solution with bulk ink option enables customers to leverage the industry’s most cost-effective disc printing at less than $.03 per disc.

With Microtech’s proprietary ImageAligner2 technology, the Xpress AutoPrinter can add text or graphics to pre-printed or silk-screened discs, enabling a user to superimpose text onto an existing design with amazing accuracy. ImageAligner2 software controls the text to be printed on the disc to precisely match the orientation of the media in the printer, resulting in a perfect print every time. The Xpress AutoPrinter also enables the use of mixed-media, for loading and printing a combination of CDs, DVDs or different sized discs in a single solution.
