Rorke to Demonstrate Enterprise Media Publication Solutions for the Video Broadcast Market at IBC 2006

[NASDAQ:BELM]. Together, Microtech and Rorke plan to provide RoHS compliant duplication solutions and integrated DVD authoring applications to the global video broadcast market. The solution set enables the largest production volume of professional CDs, DVDs and BDs (Blu-ray Disc) with customized direct-to-disc printed labels, as well as workflow integration with market leading non-linear editing systems (NLE’s) such as Avid, Apple and Adobe.

Providing key support and global distribution opportunities for Microtech media publication solutions, Rorke’s Video/Broadcast Division is a tier one distribution partner providing a broad range of third-party products and solutions to the Post Production market place, including storage peripherals, network connectivity products, backup and archive and NLE-centric media publication solutions.

Microtech’s Xpress Series media publication solutions are the new standard in performance and capacity offering the highest possible yield and performance from a single production system. The Xpress XL features an 800-disc capacity, with a corresponding fully-loaded digital production output of 20TB, is ideal for the enterprise video broadcast post production market. Xpress XP is a scalable solution featuring a 600-disc capacity and a choice of Inkjet or Thermal Printer. Other models, such as the XE and XD, are designed for various production, capacity and video post production requirements.
